Woman in Penjwen Becomes Self-Employed with Support from People's Organization

After participating in a two-day training course focused on developing household capacity as part of the "Penjwen Learning City" program by the People's Organization for People's Development, Mrs. Koyistan was able to become self-employed thanks to financial support and assistance from the organization. This program, implemented within the framework of the "Penjwen Learning City" project, aims to strengthen women's capabilities and provide them with opportunities for self-employment. Mrs. Koyistan serves as a successful example in this program and can inspire other women in the area who are seeking opportunities for self-reliance and support. The program continues to support households and develop the Penjwen community by strengthening women's roles in business and employment.

Program (Youth) Leader.

It starts immediately after the month of Ramadan. Penjwen City of Learning program announces a unique opportunity for talented youth, because the youth are an important and influential section of society, we thought it good to announce a program to develop youth capacity in order to guide youth and young people to practice in different areas of daily life This program is a practical project dedicated to the design and implementation of leadership development programs for youth with the aim of empowering youth to develop basic leadership skills, critical thinking and growth personality. The program is designed to develop positive characteristics such as self-confidence, human relationships, decision-making, teamwork and resilience. Through a series of interactive workshops, opportunities, advice and real-world experiences, young participants will be equipped to take on leadership roles in their communities Outside their community. ♦Program Objectives: • Empowering and preparing youth to take on leadership roles. • Promote personality development. • Develop key leadership skills. • Encourage social responsibility. • Provide counseling opportunities. ♦Program Duration: The program will last for one year, including 10-20 hours of activities per week in the hall or online or homework, with courses additional opportunities for coaching, projects Social services, and various activities are provided. ♦Stages of the program: 1. Stage 1: Orientation and self-discovery (first trimester). 2. Stage 2: Skills development (months 4-9). 3. Stage 3: Use and participation in society (10-12 months). 4.
