Three first aid seminars will be offered in the Penjwen City of Learning program.

Penjwen - Tuesday The health department of Penjwen City of Learning program today took an important step in the field of health information, by presenting three seminars on first aid for the participants of this program's sewing course. These seminars, held in different Ducats and in three halls, were organized with the aim of enhancing the knowledge of the participants in the field of emergency assistance. Content of the seminars: Thankfully, five volunteer trainers and experts in the field of first aid took the responsibility of presenting these seminars: 1- Gulan Kamal 2- Sara Ahmad 3- Zhila Abdulrahman 4- Shagul Rashid 5- Negin Latif Many thanks to Mr. (Luqman Latif) Supervisor of Health Department Four main topics were discussed during these activities: 1. burning Guidelines and procedures for dealing with burn victims and how to help victims 2. broken Teach methods of diagnosing and treating fractures in the emergency room. 3. drowning Training for emergency drowning cases in different ways. 4. cut Enlightenment on how to stop bleeding and protect wounds. Importance of this activity: This special activity comes as part of the overall program of Penjwen City of Learning, which aims to expand the knowledge of participants in different areas of life, especially health and emergency. With this activity, the women participants gained the ability to deal with emergencies until medical help arrives, which plays an important role in saving people's lives.

Sportsmanship and tolerance are lessons for life

"Sports and tolerance are two wings with which we can fly to better horizons. When we apply this spirit in our families, schools, and work, we build a stronger and kinder society. Penjwen - 29 May Dr. Mohammadkhani, an expert in sports and humanities, held a special seminar in Penjwen town of Sulaimani on Thursday in which he talked about the importance of sports spirit and the role of tolerance in daily life. The seminar was organized by the Penjwen City of Learning Program and was attended by a significant number of citizens and sports fans of the region. The participants came from different ages and professions, all of whom showed interest in listening to Dr. Mohammadkhani's important Kurdish topics. Content of the seminar: Dr. Mohammadkhani emphasized several main points: Sports spirit as the basis of development: The Doctor explained that sports spirit is not only for games, but it is a way of life that we must apply in all we do. She noted the importance of commitment, team play, and striving for improvement. Tolerance as a force for change: In an important part of his speech, Dr. Mohammadkhani said that tolerance is not a knife, but a great force that can change people and society. He cited examples from the lives of great personalities in history who, through tolerance, were able to bring about positive change. This seminar, which was successfully conducted, is a clear sign of the passion and maturity of the citizens of Penjwen for important issues of personal and social development
