Penjwen City of Learning Program and Malaka Organization for Environmental Protection, in a joint meeting emphasized the importance of closer relationship and more cooperation to serve the environment. An important seminar in the field of management entitled "The Secret of Success in Management" was successfully held, which was presented on 21-8-2024 by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulfattah Hawrami. In this scientific seminar, the presenter highlighted the importance of the emotional aspect in the field of administration and management and how this aspect affects the work of employees. Dr. Hawrami said that emotional intelligence and understanding the feelings of others leads to increased productivity and success in the workplace. The participants benefited from the seminar and asked questions and comments on how to develop their skills in dealing with colleagues and solving administrative problems. It is to be noted that such seminars play an important role in skill development of employees and managers and help to create a healthy and productive work environment in the institutions.
