October 9, 2025 Today, Thursday, as part of the professional men's tailoring training course, a special seminar titled "People are Helpers, Not Burdens" was presented at the Penjwen Education Hall on the second floor of the Penjwen Public Library. Mr. Kamal Banawasuteii, as the presenter of this seminar, discussed the importance of human education and personality development, emphasizing that true capital lies in cooperation and helping people, not in creating burdens for society and others. This activity is part of the ongoing educational and personality development program that is continuously offered to the citizens of Penjwen.

As part of the professional activities of the City of Penjwen for Learning program, a special course in mens clothing tailoring was held over one week (from October 4 to October 9, 2025) at the Public Library of Penjwen. The course was conducted by Instructor Kamal Bnawsoti, an experienced tailoring specialist, who trained participants in the art and techniques of professional tailoring. Penjwen October 2, 2025 A special training course in the art of macrame weaving has been successfully concluded today, organized within the framework of the City of Penjwen for Learning program. This course provided a valuable opportunity for those interested in acquiring this elegant and creative handicraft. Course Details: The course was supervised by Ms. Karin Fattah as the lead instructor. It commenced on Sunday at 9:00 AM in the hall of the "City of Penjwen for Learning" program, located on the second floor of the Public Library of Penjwen. The training continued for ten days, with daily sessions held from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 10:30 AM. Significance and Objectives of the Course: Program organizers emphasized that this course represented a golden opportunity for all those wishing to learn the art of macrame and to produce elegant, eye-catching handmade creations. Within the framework of the health departments activities under the City of Penjwen for Learning program, another First Aid training course was successfully conducted on Wednesday, 10/1/2025. The course lasted for seven training hours and was delivered by certified trainers Seyran Ali and Sara Ahmad, covering all the essential packages and modules of basic first aid. Organizers emphasized that the training was not limited to medical graduates alone; rather, it was open to all community members, thereby promoting first aid as a vital life skill accessible to everyone. At the conclusion of the course, appreciation was extended to the trainers for their valuable efforts, with special thanks directed to Mr. Luqman Latif, Head of the Health Department of the City of Penjwen for Learning, for his overall supervision and support of this initiative.

Penjwen City 21 September 2025 Dr. Mohammadhani conducted a special training workshop on leadership skills development at Penjwen City of Learning. This four-hour workshop was exclusively dedicated to the members of the Penjwen City of Learning program. The workshop aimed at strengthening the capacities and skills of the programs volunteers, particularly those who have actively participated during the past two years. This initiative is considered part of the ongoing plan for the professional development of staff and volunteers within the framework of the Penjwen City of Learning program.

It began this morning at 9:00 a.m. in the hall of the "City of Penjwen for Learning" program, located on the second floor of the Penjwen Public Library. The course will continue for ten days, with daily sessions held from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. The program organizers emphasized that this course represents a golden opportunity for all those interested in learning the art of macram weaving, enabling them to acquire its techniques and produce beautiful and attractive handmade works.

17/9/2025 at the Public Library in the City of Penjwen, was successfully concluded today. This course was carried out seamlessly through the collaboration between the City of Penjwen for Learning Program and the Public Library of Penjwen. The program was delivered by the experienced writer Dara Nuri Aziz and continued for a duration of three weeks. At the conclusion, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the instructor, Mr. Dara Nuri Aziz, and participation certificates were awarded to all trainees.

After Penjwen Learning City Program in collaboration with Malaka Organization and Dr. Mohammadkhani, donated 10 fire extinguishers to Chro Organization for Environmental Protection in Ruansar, East Kurdistan, Chro Organization expressed its gratitude to the managers of Penjwen Learning City Program for this important support.

Penjwen, 10 September 2025 As part of the artistic activities of the Penjwen Learning City program, a one-month special course on learning to play the daf was successfully concluded, providing an important opportunity for the citys residents. The course was conducted in two sections: Womens section from 9:00 10:30 a.m., under the supervision of Ms. Taban Osman. Mens section from 1:30 3:00 p.m., under the supervision of Mr. Hawkar Omar. The training was held twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays). At the end of the course, Penjwen Learning City presented certificates of appreciation to the instructors, while all participants received certificates of attendance. The Penjwen Learning City program regards such activities as vital steps toward reviving classical traditional arts and passing them on to the new generation.
