The Senior Board of the Pênjwên Learning City program participated in a meeting with all department directors within Pênjwên district, attended by the honorable Mr. Adnan Kakah Rash, the Qaymaqam of Pênjwên district and Chairman of the Program’s Senior Board, with the program represented by the honorable Dr. Abdulfatah.

The program’s annual report was presented, focusing particularly on the development of the public sector — especially the civil service sector — with the aim of supporting employees and department directors in enhancing their capabilities to better serve the district’s population. This comes as part of the Pênjwên Learning City program, which encompasses all areas of education, health, and youth as vital components of public service within the district. Therefore, it is essential for the program to launch specialized training courses for employees and department managers in order to elevate their competencies and enable them to deliver higher-quality services to the people of Pênjwên district.
