From the heart of Gulani Saru village in the Nalparez district, a young man has succeeded—through determination and vision—in writing a new chapter of achievement, one that has become a source of inspiration for his peers today.

From Silence to the Stage

The journey of (Hastiar Rzgar) begins.

At just 17 years old, Hastiar Rzgar never imagined he would stand confidently on the stage of his school library.

Only a few months ago, he struggled to speak comfortably in front of even a small group.

Yet today, with remarkable confidence, he delivered his first seminar to an attentive audience of students.

This transformation is the result of his continuous participation in more than ten activities, courses, and seminars within the Penjwen City of Learning program—a program that does not merely offer knowledge, but shapes and empowers young people.

What Made His Seminar Special?

The uniqueness of his seminar lay not only in what he said, but in why he said it.

He dedicated the opening of his seminar to honor two fallen heroes:

Martyr Biston Abdullah and Martyr Alan Yousif.

With deep emotion, he stated:

"I am not here today merely to speak about the environment, but to ensure we never forget those who sacrificed their lives to protect this beauty. True environmental guardians never die; they leave an impact that lasts for generations."

When Words Become Action

The content of his seminar was clear and well-structured.

He explained the environmental damage caused by plastic waste and human practices using real examples and evidence.

The Nalparez Central Library witnessed a remarkable event;

students from local schools listened attentively, and at the end, they expressed sincere appreciation for Hastiar Rzgar's effort.
