As part of the scientific activities of the City of Penjwen for Learning program, an important academic conference was successfully held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, under the title:

“Processes of Second Language Learning.”

The conference was presented by Professor Dr. Raouf Karim Penjwenei, a university lecturer, who shed light on the various aspects of acquiring a second language in addition to one’s mother tongue.

The event took place at 2:00 p.m. in the Penjwen Program Hall, located on the second floor of the Public Library of Penjwen, and was attended by a significant number of linguistics enthusiasts and language learners.

The discussions were highly engaging, and an open dialogue was held on effective techniques and methods for language acquisition, creating a rich and interactive academic atmosphere.
