
Overcoming Stress Seminar.

Today on 27-2-2025, a seminar entitled "How to overcome stress" was held in Penjwen Hall of Learning City. This seminar was presented by Rangin Nuri, a psychologist and trainer. The seminar focused on new ways to recognize the sources of stress and how to manage it in everyday life. Rangin Nuri talked about the importance of slowdown actions and breathing techniques as the main mechanism for reducing stress. Participants actively participated in the discussions and asked various questions about the topic. Finally, an intensive discussion took place between the attendees and the instructor in which personal experiences and approaches were shared. Finally, the High Board of Penjwen City of Learning Program thanked (Rangin Nuri) psychologist and trainer.
