An Awareness Seminar on Breast Cancer

 

As part of ongoing efforts to promote women's health awareness and safeguard their well-being, a special awareness seminar on breast cancer was organised for participants in the Daf (traditional frame drum) training course.

 

The seminar was delivered by trainer Gulan Kamal, who presented valuable information and practical guidance to enhance participants' health awareness.

 

The main topics covered included:

 

- Basic awareness of breast cancer and its risk factors.

- The importance of early detection in identifying the disease at an early stage and improving the chances of successful treatment.

- Practical guidance on performing monthly breast self-examinations.

- Promoting psychological well-being and encouraging women to attend regular medical check-ups.

 

The participants showed great interest in the information and guidance provided. The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion and answers to questions from the attendees.
