Penjwen – November 5, 2025

In a ceremony filled with pride and appreciation, a special event was held today in the City of Penjwen for Learning, where over 75 creative and active young people in the fields of sports and education were recognized and awarded in appreciation of their efforts and achievements.

The event was attended by a special representative and envoy from the Higher Education Academy of the Government of Iraq, the Mayor of the Penjwen District, and several official figures from the region, all of whom emphasized the vital role of youth in advancing society.

This ceremony, as part of the ongoing program “Penjwen, Learning City ,” was not only seen as an opportunity to encourage more youth participation, but also as a powerful message underscoring the need for continued support of young talents in this city.

The attendance of representatives from international organizations and governmental institutions clearly reflects both national and global recognition of the important role of Penjwen’s youth, as well as a shared aspiration for the continuous development of this beloved city.
