New seminar for young motorcyclists in Penjwen Within the framework of the program "Penjwen is a city of learning", a seminar entitled "A new era for motorcyclists of Penjwen" was presented by Dr. Mohammadkhani in the presence of young people of Penjwen and different regions of Kurdistan. This important seminar, aimed at raising the awareness of young motorcyclists, covered a number of important issues on maintaining safety and how to use motorcycles properly in the city. The move is part of the city’s efforts to create an urban culture among young motorcyclists.
