Advanced Effective Expression and Public Speaking Course Concludes in Penjwen Under the slogan Your Voice Is Your Power; Dont Let Fear and Anxiety Silence You!, the advanced course on effective expression and public speaking successfully concluded today. The course was organized by the Penjwen Learning City Programme. The intensive three-day course was held at the Penjwen Learning City Programme Hall in Penjwen Public Library. It aimed to help participants overcome the fear and anxiety of speaking in front of an audience, develop their ability to make an impact on stage, and build greater self-confidence. بەرواری ٢٦/٧/٢٠٢٦ خۆشحاڵین کە ڕایگەیەنین خوولی بانگدان بە سەرکەوتوویی کۆتایی هات! سوپاس بۆ خوای گەورە و هەموو ئەو بەڕێزانەی لەم خولەدا بەشدارییان کرد و کاتی خۆیان تەرخان کرد بۆ فێربوونی جوانترین و ڕەسەنترین دەنگدان بۆ بانگدان. هیوادارین ئەم دەنگە خۆشانە هەمیشە لە مزگەوتەکان و شوێنە پیرۆزەکاندا بپیچنەوە و دڵەکان ئارام بکەنەوە. دەستخۆشی لە مامۆستا (ئازاد فائق پێنجوێنی) و گشت بەشداربووان دەکەین و هیوای سەرکەوتنی بەردەوامتان بۆ دەخوازین.

هەموو دەنگێک دەنگە بەڵام هەموو دەنگێک بانگ نییە. بەرواری ١٨/٧/٢٠٢٦ خولی فێربوونی هونەری بانگبێژی هەر ڕۆژ هەزاران دەنگ لە جیهاندا بەرزدەبنەوە؛ دەنگی بازاڕ، ئۆتۆمبێل، ڕاگەیاندن و خەڵک بەڵام لە نێوان ئەو هەموو دەنگانەدا، تەنها یەک دەنگ هەیە کە لە زەوی بەرزدەبێتەوە و بۆ ئاسمان دەچێت؛ ئەویش دەنگی بانگە. بانگدان تەنها خوێندنەوەی چەند وشەیەک نییە؛ بانگدان هونەری گەیاندنی بانگی خودایە. بانگبێژ تەنها دەنگی خۆی ناگەیەنێت، بەڵکو پەیامی خودا دەگەیەنێت. خۆشحاڵین بە ڕاگەیاندنی کردنەوەی خولێکی تایبەت بە هونەری بانگدان، کە تێیدا هەوڵدەدەین بەشداربووان فێری بنەماکانی دەنگ، دڵسۆزی و گەیاندنی دروستی ئەم پەیامە پیرۆزە بکەین. ئێمە لێرەین بۆ ئەوەی فێری ئەوە بین چۆن دەنگمان بکەینە پردێک لە نێوان زەوی و ئاسماندا.

شانازی دەکەین کە لە چوارچێوەی پرۆگرامی پێنجوێن شاری فێربوون و دوای سەرکەوتنی فێرخوازانمان لە خولی بنەڕەتیی دانانی کارەبای ناوماڵ، ئەمڕۆ هەنگاوێکی کرداریی گەورەمان نا بۆ گۆڕینی زانیارییەکان بۆ خزمەتگوزارییەکی ڕاستەقینە. ئەمڕۆ، بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوی درەو، فێرخوازانی خولەکەمان هەستان بە ئەنجامدانی تەواوی تەئسیساتی کارەبای ماڵێک کە لەلایەن خێرخوازانی خوداناسەوە لە سێبەری ڕێکخراوی درەو بنیاد دەنرێت. ئامانجمان لەم هەنگاوە: پێگەیاندنی نەوەیەکی بەتوانا: ڕەخساندنی دەرفەتی کارکردنی مەیدانی بۆ فێرخوازان تا بە کرداری ئەزموون پەیدا بکەن. هاوکاری و مرۆڤدۆستی: بەخشینی ماندووبوون و زانیاریی گەنجانمان لە پڕۆژەیەکی خێرخوازییدا بۆ هاوکاریکردنی خێزانێکی کەم دەرامەت. سوپاس بۆ هاوبەشمان ڕێکخراوی درەو، سوپاس بۆ خێرخوازانی دڵسۆز، و دەستخۆشی بێپایان بۆ فێرخوازە لێهاتووەکانمان کە سەلماندیان گەنجانی ئێمە سەرمایەی داهاتوون.

لە چوارچێوەی هەوڵە بەردەوامەکان بۆ پێگەیاندنی کادیری لێهاتوو و ڕەخساندنی دەرفەتی کار بۆ لاوان، پرۆگرامی پێنجوێن شاری فێربوون خولێکی تایبەت و زانستی لەژێر ناونیشانی فێربوون و بناغەی کارەبای باڵەخانە و ماڵان ڕادەگەیەنێت. خولەکە بە شێوازێکی زانستی و پراکتیکی بەڕێوەدەچێت، بە ئامانجی ئەوەی بەشداربووان دوای تەواوکردنی ڕاهێنانەکان، بە توانستێکی بەرزەوە و ڕاستەوخۆ بچنە نێو بازاڕی کارەوە. پڕۆسەی ڕاهێنان و وانەوتنەوەش لەلایەن ستافێکی شارەزا و پسپۆڕەوە بەڕێوەدەبرێت: سەرپەرشتیاری گشتی: ئەندازیار عەلی ئەسغەر مامۆستای خول: م. ئاریان عومەر ئەم دەستپێشخەرییە هەنگاوێکی کردارییە بەرەو بەرزکردنەوەی ئاستی پیشەیی گەنجانی ناوچەکە و ئامادەکردنیان بۆ بەدەستهێنانی هەلی کاری گونجاو لە کەرتی تەکنیکی و کارەبادا.

بە سەرکەوتوویی و دوای ١٥ ڕۆژی پڕ لە فێربوون و داهێنان، خولی فێربوونی درومانی خانمان کۆتایی پێهات. سوپاس و پێزانینێکی بێپایان بۆ ماندووبوون و دڵسۆزی مامۆستایانی بەڕێز و لێهاتوو کە خەمخۆرانە زانیاری و ئەزموونی خۆیان بەخشییە بەشداربووان: م. نەعیمە محمد رسول م. شەیما احمد فاظل م. شادومان عطا محمد دەستخۆشی لە سەرجەم ئەو خانمانە دەکەین کە بەشدارییان کرد، هیوادارین ئەم خولە سەرەتایەک بێت بۆ سەرکەوتنی گەورەتر و چوونە ناو بازاڕی کارەوە. مایەی شانازییە کە دەبینین خانمان بەرەو سەربەخۆیی ئابووری و پەرەپێدانی بەھرەکانیان هەنگاو دەنێن.
