As part of the scientific activities of the City of Penjwen for Learning program, an important academic conference was successfully held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, under the title: Processes of Second Language Learning. The conference was presented by Professor Dr. Raouf Karim Penjwenei, a university lecturer, who shed light on the various aspects of acquiring a second language in addition to ones mother tongue. The event took place at 2:00 p.m. in the Penjwen Program Hall, located on the second floor of the Public Library of Penjwen, and was attended by a significant number of linguistics enthusiasts and language learners. October 9, 2025 Today, Thursday, as part of the professional men's tailoring training course, a special seminar titled "People are Helpers, Not Burdens" was presented at the Penjwen Education Hall on the second floor of the Penjwen Public Library. Mr. Kamal Banawasuteii, as the presenter of this seminar, discussed the importance of human education and personality development, emphasizing that true capital lies in cooperation and helping people, not in creating burdens for society and others. Pengwin As part of the Pengwin City for Learning program, a special workshop on applied artificial intelligence and its educational applications was organized on Saturday, 4 October 2025. The workshop ran from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with significant participation from teachers, students, and professionals. Participants received hands-on training on how to use AI tools to facilitate their daily tasks. Throughout the workshop, attendees gained skills in quickly preparing lesson plans and providing personalized guidance to students using AI-powered applications. The workshop was led by Alan Qaradagh, a technology expert with both national and international recognition, who shared his expertise and practical experience with participants. Today, in a special ceremony, Penjwen City of Learning Program presented an award to Mr. Bandand Baqi Osman for his great victory in the International MMA Championship. This Kurdish athlete has been able to show a high level in the international arena and has raised the name of Kurdistan at the world level. Bandib Baqi's victory has been a source of pride for the entire Kurdish people.

Today on 27-2-2025, a seminar entitled "How to overcome stress" was held in Penjwen Hall of Learning City. This seminar was presented by Rangin Nuri, a psychologist and trainer. The seminar focused on new ways to recognize the sources of stress and how to manage it in everyday life. Rangin Nuri talked about the importance of slowdown actions and breathing techniques as the main mechanism for reducing stress. Participants actively participated in the discussions and asked various questions about the topic. Finally, an intensive discussion took place between the attendees and the instructor in which personal experiences and approaches were shared.
